What is the 5-Day Copilot Notebooks Challenge?

It’s our free 5-day guided program that aims to help the participants to get started with Copilot Notebooks, an excellent tools for bring Copilot into your daily work. The notebooks that we create will be for creating a simple Copilot agent that is based on the person’s needs and requirements. 

Each day focuses on a specific step: 1. Envisioning, 2. Knowledge, 3. Look & Feel, 4. Creation, and 5. Run & Refine.

Among the Copilot features you will learn during the 5 days are:

  • Copilot Chat with our optimised prompts
  • Copilot Notebooks
  • Copilot Create app
  • Prompt design

After you have registered, we’ll send you a welcome email (from the address Challenge@yourcopilotjourney.com) where you will be invited to the challenge hub in our SharePoint Online. There you find information on how to best prepare yourself for the start of the challenge. 

We believe that if you take 15 minutes each day, you will be fine. We have made each step as easy and simple as possible, following nano-learning principles.

No. The challenge is designed for non-technical professionals. But you need to have the licensed version of Copilot in order to perform all steps (Microsoft 365 Copilot).

Yes! The challenge is completely free for all participants. 😊

Anyone interested in leveraging Copilot technology—no coding experience required. You need to have a license for Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Yes, each day of the challenge has its own live session where we cover that day’s step and take questions from the participants. After registering you will be able to see the schedule and add them to your calendar.

Indeed. The maximum participants for each cohort is set to 15. When that amount has been reached, you will be put on the waiting list for the next challenge and contacted when that challenge has been opened for registration.

The challenge is optimised for professionals who have an interest in becoming AI operators. You don’t need to have any knowledge in agent creation, not do you need to be specifically IT savvy. The instructions in the challenge are simple and structured, and easy to follow.

All instructions and recordings are available on the challenge’s SharePoint site for catch-up. We will leave the SharePoint open for another 2 weeks after the completion of the challenge. 

When you have completed all 5 days will get our Copilot Journey Roadmap that you can use for your further journeying into the world of Copilot. 🚀🎉

A natural next steps after having completed the 5 steps of the challenge is for you to evaluate whether you want to proceed on your journey. Maybe you want to bring your POC (proof-of-concept) Coilot agent with you on that journey, or create a new one. In any case, hopefully you will have learned a lot about how to use Copilot for your work.
